Allow around 20 mins cooking time for every 500g of turkey breast. The total cooking time will depend on your oven and if you have stuffing. Remove foil for final 20 mins to allow the skin to brown.
Poultry needs to be cooked to 75 degrees Celsius. Use a meat thermometer to know if your stuffed turkey breast is ready. When cooked, remove and place the turkey onto a plate. Cover loosely with foil to rest for 10-15 mins.
